We equip youth—especially out-of-school youth—with practical skills for income generation and economic resilience. Entrepreneurship not only provides livelihoods but also fosters confidence and innovation among young people.
Program Focus Areas:
Basic and advanced entrepreneurship training
Financial literacy and business planning
Creating linkages with local markets and microfinance institutions
Promoting youth-led enterprises
We achieve this by equipping young people with practical skills and knowledge that foster economic empowerment and self-reliance. Through partnerships with organizations such as the International Labour Organization, we implement curriculum-based training programs tailored to the needs of youth, particularly those who are out of school. We facilitate entrepreneurship boot camps that offer hands-on experience in business development, financial literacy, and innovation. To further support young entrepreneurs, we encourage mentorship and the sharing of success stories, enabling peer learning and motivation. Business and entrepreneurial skills are also integrated into our peer leadership programs, ensuring that youth not only gain technical know-how but also develop the confidence and resilience needed to thrive in competitive economic environments.
